I highly recommend Libra Ink! Excellent work and awesome personality. Kemuel makes you feel comfortable and at ease as soon as you walk into the door. He makes sure that you're pleased with the sketch and it's placement before starting. He also listens to any concerns with the tattoo throughout and either makes the adjustment or explains why he did it the way he did. Either way, you leave loving your tattoo and ready to book another. I have been to him twice and plan to return for many more.
